Order processing and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse locations. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and inventory availability.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for Zatvios mouthwash orders delivered within our supported U.S. shipping area. No minimum purchase is required.

Optional expedited shipping, when available, is charged separately at checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Any shipping charges for other destinations are shown before you place your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may change because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery address before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
