These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Zatvios online store, website, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). “Zatvios,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Guangzhou Hanlian Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (广州翰联供应链有限公司), trading as Zatvios. The English company name is a translation of the Chinese registered name, 广州翰联供应链有限公司.
By visiting the store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. Information submitted for an account or order must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for protecting your login credentials.
3. Product information
We try to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, packaging updates and ordinary production variations may affect appearance. Product descriptions, prices, package contents and availability may change before an order is accepted.
Read and follow the directions, warnings, ingredient information and storage instructions printed on the product packaging. Product information on the store is general information and does not replace professional medical or dental advice.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or other acceptance notice. We may decline or cancel an order when permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing or stock errors, shipping restrictions, resale activity or misuse of the store.
If we cancel an order after payment has been accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when reasonably possible.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges are shown before the customer submits the order. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Promotions, bundles and discounts may be subject to separate conditions shown with the offer. They cannot be combined unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise. Carriers, customs, incorrect addresses and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and for promptly checking tracking information.
7. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, deadlines, damaged or incorrect items and refund handling are governed by our Refund Policy:

Opened or used personal-care products may have return restrictions for hygiene and safety reasons, subject to applicable law and the published policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not interfere with store security, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit false information, scrape or copy the store at unreasonable scale, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Store content, branding, product photographs, graphics, text and page design are owned by or licensed to Zatvios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store content may be used only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes unless we give written permission.
10. Third-party services and Shopify
The store may use services, payment methods, links or tools provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, but purchases are made from Guangzhou Hanlian Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (广州翰联供应链有限公司), trading as Zatvios.
We are not responsible for a third-party service to the extent permitted by law, but this does not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Shopify and other service providers may process information needed to provide the store, payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment and customer support.
12. Feedback and submissions
If you voluntarily send feedback, ideas, reviews, photographs or other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. We will not use a customer’s name, likeness, review or user-generated content in advertising without the permissions required by applicable law.
13. Errors and availability
We may correct typographical, pricing, availability or product-information errors and update store content. If an error materially affects an order, we will take the action required by applicable law, which may include contacting the customer, cancelling the affected item or issuing a refund.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, product rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zatvios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer protections.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another party’s rights.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, Shopify or other service providers, or when these Terms or applicable law are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
18. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law. The version in effect when an order is accepted governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, except where applicable law gives the customer another right or requires a different forum.
